Under the Employment Promotion Act and labour market institutions, the work permit defines the minimum remuneration for a given position occupied by a foreigner.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Therefore, if you want to raise the salary of a foreign worker, you do not need to obtain a new permit unless you change other employment conditions. The increase in salary, without modifying the remaining working conditions, does not oblige you to inform the voivodes or apply for a new permit.<\/p>\n

Moreover, the Act indicates that raising the working hours dimension, with a proportional increase in wages, also does not require a new work permit.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT: You can increase your salary or the number of working hours (for example, part-time full-time), with a proportional increase in salary, without the need for a new work permit<\/p>\n
