Check the most popular types of contracts and their disadvantages and advantages.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Employment contract<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A consistent declaration of will by the parties that one party (employee) undertakes to provide continuous, repetitive work to the other party (employer), to a particular type of work. The other side will in return employ an employee for remuneration.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Advantages of the employment contract:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>an employee may exercise his or her rights under the provisions of the Labour Code (e.g. holiday leave)<\/li>\n<li>employer is obliged to pay social security contributions<\/li>\n<li>protection against termination of contract<\/li>\n<li>guarantee of minimum remuneration for work \u2013 in accordance with current minimum wage rules<\/li>\n<li>right to additional remuneration for overtime<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Disadvantages of the employment contract:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>an employee cannot entrust his work to another person<\/li>\n<li>the place and time of work is clearly defined<\/li>\n<li>work under the supervision of the management\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Order Agreement<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the case of a contract, the client (the person accepting the order) undertakes to perform a specific legal activity for the payer (the person giving the order).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Advantages of the contract:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>does not create a submission ratio<\/li>\n<li>possible inclusion in the oral formula, although written form is a rule<\/li>\n<li>lower ZUS contributions<\/li>\n<li>lack of clearly defined working time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Deficiencies of the contract:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the contract may be free of charge<\/li>\n<li>the provisions of the Labour Code on the protection of pay for work do not apply.
