HOW IT WORKS

What does the first stage of working with us look like?

We first learn about the case. Only then do we propose the scope of support and confirm the price.

1

You tell us about your situation

During a brief call, we clarify what your case involves and which stage it has reached.

2

We recommend a possible next step

If there is a need for document analysis, we will explain the scope and method of safe transfer of materials.

3

You receive the scope and price

Before any paid work begins, you receive clear information about what we will do, how much it will cost and which costs are additional.

AFTER THE APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED

We continue to handle your case after the application is submitted

Submitting the application does not end our work. We continue to handle the temporary residence card case at the subsequent stages of the proceedings.

We respond to official requests from the authority

We analyse the letter, explain what the authority requires and prepare a response.

We provide additional documents

We help collect the missing documents and submit them in the correct form and within the applicable deadline.

We monitor the case and submit a formal reminder (ponaglenie)

We review correspondence and respond to the authority’s actions. If the case takes too long, we prepare and submit a formal reminder (ponaglenie). We do not charge an additional fee for this action in a temporary residence card case.

We explain the decision you receive

Once the decision is issued, we explain its meaning and provide our guide to the obligations that apply after receiving the residence card.

FAQ

Most common questions before first contact

Short answers to the questions most often asked before the first conversation.

Is the initial call free?
No. The brief initial call helps us understand your case and whether we can assist. If you need a document review or another service, we will confirm its scope and price before any paid work begins.
How much will it cost to help me?
The price depends on the type and stage of your case and the work required. Before we start, we will confirm our fee and any possible additional costs, such as official fees or translations.
Can we handle the case remotely?
Many stages, including the first conversation and document analysis, can take place online. If the procedure requires personal action at the authority, we will tell you when and how to prepare for it.
What language can we speak?
We can communicate in Polish, English and Russian. In your first message, tell us which language you prefer.
Can you submit my residence application for me?
The application covered by the MOS system is submitted in person from your account and signed with your own electronic signature. We can help prepare data and documents and go through different stages with you.
Should I send documents through the form?
Do not send scans of your passport or residence card, or identification numbers, through this form. After the first contact, we will agree on a secure way to share documents if they are needed.
